Returns & Exchanges

If your outfit isn't quite right the return & exchange process is simple. 


We encourage you to try at home and welcome exchanges and returns so you get the fit perfect for you.

Full priced items: 90 day returns policy, you are able to choose from an exchange, full refund or credit note.

Sale items: unfortunately we do not provide a return or exchange service for sale items. 



1. email us; with the original invoice number and preferred option (exchange, refund or credit note).

We will contact you to confirm your return request eg. if you wish to exchange for another size, we will put it aside and get it ready to send out to you.

 2. return; the item/s via standard post.  Email us the tracking number so then we can send out your replacement garment.

Make sure you record the tracking number for your reference. 

3. the amount in full (including the standard cost of return postage) is returned to your bank account if a refund is requested.
