Returns & Exchanges
If your outfit isn't quite right the return & exchange process is simple.
We encourage you to try at home and welcome exchanges and returns so you get the fit perfect for you.
Full priced items: 90 day returns policy, you are able to choose from an exchange, full refund or credit note.
Sale items: unfortunately we do not provide a return or exchange service for sale items.
1. email us; email@example.com with the original invoice number and preferred option (exchange, refund or credit note). This way we know to put your preferred size/style aside ready for your exchange.
2. return; the item/s via post to the postage address as per the paperwork you received with your purchase. Email us the tracking number so then we can send out your replacement garment.

3. the garment purchase amount is returned to your bank account if a refund is requested.
